Pastor Mark Donald
Pastor Mark is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the church. Before being called into ordained ministry, Mark taught high school and college writing in Minnesota, and was a youth director at Cross & Crown Lutheran Church in Seattle. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Luther Seminary, a Masters in Education from the University of Minnesota, Mankato, and a B.A. in History/English from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. A native of California, Mark and his wife Julie live in the Heights with their two boys, Alec and Micah. When not at church, he enjoys time with family, reading, skiing, and tinkering with his '67 Triumph TR-4.

Youth Director Aldin Barnes
Aldin focuses on developing and promoting vision and mission for youth ministry at First English. He was born and raised in Helena and still has family there. He loves all things Star Trek and considers Next Generation and Captain Piccard the best part of the series. |  |

Parish Administrator Laurie Yesda
Laurie keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently and is the real reason anything gets done around here. Born and raised in Montana, she and husband Ron have lived in many parts of the US as they followed Ron’s naval career. They returned to Billings a few years ago and are happy to call this state home once again. When not keeping the staff on task she can be found celebrating her heritage by partaking in one of two Norwegian dance groups. |  |

Music Director Dr. Chris Sheppard
Chris, Director of Choral and Vocal Activities at Montana State University Billings, recently began as Music Director. He and his family joined the church after moving to Billings in 2006. Chris oversees the music life of the church and helps to coordinate things among the various music staff. He holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin, University of Northern Colorado, and Marshall University. Before coming to Billings, he taught at Bluefield College in Bluefield, Virginia, and has served several churches as both choir and music director. Chris has been invited to conduct festival choruses in six different states and is a popular adjudicator locally.

Youth Choir Director Quentin (Q) Staton
Q is responsible for directing the youth Music programs of the church; which includes God’s Kids, Youth Group and Little Lutherans. He is majoring in music education and elementary education at Montana State University Billings. A North Dakota native, Q and his wife Jocelin are the proud parents of three children; Kayla, Skyylar and Jacksun. In his spare time, He loves spending time with Family and enjoys outdoor activities.

Organist Arle Lohof
Member and organist since 1957, Arle is a retired elementary teacher from Billings and Lockwood schools. She and husband Armand are parents and grandparents, and take great pleasure in time spent with family. Arle is also an active part of the Billings music community and is a well-known advocate for the arts.
